I’m Sam Linsell, and welcome to my recipe, food, and travel newsletter. I’m a passionate cook and cookbook author based in Cape Town, South Africa.
Cooking and baking are my biggest adventures, and I’ve been a professional food stylist, recipe developer, digital food content creator, and food photographer for over a decade. I share my recipes on my website, Drizzleanddip.com.
My background includes hospitality management and food brand marketing, which has helped me in my solo entrepreneur career. I wrote my first cookbook in 2012; the second one, Sweet, was published in 2015 by Penguin Random House South Africa.
My third cookbook, which I published in 2021, is an e-book called Comfort
I’m always up for a travel adventure, especially when it involves delicious food.
