I live in NZ… SA rusks are available, but really expensive! Your recipe looks easy and delicious… I will be giving it a try soon… Thanks for all your wonderful posts and recipes.

I hope you have success with this recipe. The drying is the most time consuming but it's all so worth it. I have numerous rusk recipes on my site
