Your chicken recipes are the best! If you’re up for a challenge, how about Christmas side dishes/salads that use vegetables that store well and don’t perish fast. If you live in a small town with only two supermarkets and an enormous influx of December visitors, you can’t rely on the usual summer salady ingredients that everyone picks up at Woolies!
Shew Beryl 😅 I'll put my thinking cap on. Off the cuff my BLT pasta salad is a winner. Also the pea, zucchini and feta with mint (almonds) and of course my crispy noodle slaw with toasted ramen and cabbage.
